The core of the Gospel, if I could distill it down to one phrase, is the invitation: “Come and see.”

When we look at the accounts of Andrew, Philip, and Nathanael, we see a pattern. They didn't walk up to Jesus and declare, “We are ready to accept the gospel.” They were curious. They were intrigued by a teacher they encountered. They started by following, absorbing the lessons, and slowly, the Spirit opened their eyes. This process—this journey from curiosity to conviction—is the heartbeat of missionary preparation, and it is the work we do every single day, whether we are standing on a street corner or across the world, serving as an internet missionary.

Discipleship by Discovery: How to Guide Someone to 'See'

The greatest skill we can learn in the field isn't memorizing scripture or running through talking points; it's knowing how to facilitate that 'come and see' moment for someone else. It’s about making the Gospel feel personal and experiential. This is where the power of modern tools and our shared commitment as a community come into play.
