It’s easy, when we’re deep in the day-to-day hustle of our callings—whether that’s serving in a ward, studying for a temple recommend, or even just navigating a challenging week—to feel like we’re just ticking boxes. We do the work, we show up, we keep the lights on.

But today, I want us to pause and look at a pattern, a threefold pattern, that speaks volumes about how we, as disciples of Jesus Christ, are called to approach the world. It’s a pattern drawn from a beautiful teaching on Luke 15, a passage that reminds us that our efforts to bring souls unto Christ aren't just about *doing* things, but about *how* we do them.
